Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, the direct return shipping costs are your responsibility. PawSnoozie does not provide or reimburse return labels for standard returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@pawsnoozie.com before returning it. If a return is required in such a situation, PawSnoozie will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
